Breast Health is a sensitive subject and breast problems can leave women feeling vulnerable. With this in mind, you will learn to explore how YOGA can help support health and wellbeing of the upper chest.
This workshop give a practical guide to fostering healthy condition of the breast, by encouraging lymphatic & hormonal balance and focusing on keeping vital areas of the body open. This first of potentially, 3 workshops will outline a variety of asana (yogic posture) and Pranayama (breath work), to help women care for their breasts that will include standing, seated, twisting, forward and backward extension, and inversions.
There will be an opportunity to ask questions and a sheet of suggested poses will be made available a er the workshop.
