Her passion for the Yoga Sutras began with her first Teacher Training 20 years ago. “I already knew that the Asanas were of great benefit to me, and when I discovered that only 3 Sutras of the 196 even mentioned asana. I realized that there was great treasure to be discovered. I knew that it would not be easy, butI persisted on my own, reading and re-reading Sutra book after book and making notes. I lead a weekly Sutra study/discussion group in Ft Myers and am still discovering that this ancient teaching is a relevant and helpful tool for our complicated times”
